Biography
Nathalie Niddam is a Toronto based Certified Nutritional Practitioner and longevity educator who has become one of the most recognizable voices on peptides and peptide bioregulators in the health optimization world. She hosts the weekly podcast LONGEVITY with Nathalie Niddam, originally launched in 2020 as Biohacking Superhuman Performance, now with more than 450 episodes.
Her formal training is in nutrition. She is described consistently across her own site and third party speaker profiles as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and additionally as an epigenetics and human potential coach. She was a member of the first graduating class of the Bulletproof Training Institute, later known as the Human Potential Institute.
Her signature subject is peptide bioregulators, the short peptides associated with the research of Russian gerontologist Vladimir Khavinson. She describes them as compounds with the potential to support the body's own rejuvenation systems. By her account she encountered peptides at a health optimization conference, then spent years gathering data and interviewing experts, which led to her community and eventually her podcast.
She founded the free Optimizing Superhuman Performance community and runs a paid membership called The Longevity Community, alongside one to one longevity coaching focused on healthspan, nutrition, resilience and health technology. She has spoken internationally at events including the Health Optimization Summit, Hack Your Health and biohacking congresses.
An honest note on scope, which she makes herself: Nathalie is a nutritionist, educator and communicator, not a physician and not a licensed prescriber. Her authority is educational and experiential rather than clinical or academic, and she has no indexed peer reviewed publications. At Peptide University her contribution is peptide and bioregulator education, distinct from the prescribing and clinical decision making taught by the platform's clinician faculty.

She is a nutritionist, educator and communicator, not a physician and not a licensed prescriber.

Faculty
Nathalie Niddam teaches bioregulators and longevity peptides at Peptide University, where practitioners learn how short peptide bioregulators are dosed, cycled, and combined with broader longevity protocols.
Her Peptide University class, Bioregulators Unlocked, gives clinicians the mechanism, sourcing, dosing, and cycling detail that is largely missing from consumer longevity content.
Clinicians access her teaching through Peptide University's live clinical classes and Inner Circle membership, alongside the Clinical Peptide Therapy Certification.
