Biography
Dr. Gina Pritchard is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a board certified Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (DNP, RN, CNS, ACNP-BC). She earned her doctorate from Belmont University. Her title of Doctor reflects her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She practices as a nurse practitioner, not as a physician.
She is the owner and Medical Director of The Prevent Clinic in Texas, where she applies her PREVENT! Protocols for cardiovascular disease prevention and health optimization. Her clinical work centers on preventing heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes and vascular dementia, using biomarker and imaging driven assessment rather than risk estimates alone.
Dr. Pritchard serves as Clinical Program Director for the BaleDoneen Method, a scientifically validated approach to the regression and stabilization of arterial disease. Through that role she trains clinicians in the diagnostic sequencing, biomarker interpretation and long term follow up that arterial disease reversal requires.
She is a Board Member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, a member of the Board of Directors of The Airway Revolution Foundation, and Vice President and Medical Director of the Integrative Dental Medicine Scholar Society. Her work in these organizations centers on the oral systemic connection: how airway, periodontal and inflammatory findings inform cardiovascular and metabolic risk.
She co-hosts the Ask Why Medicine podcast with Dr. Witt Wilkerson and Lora Hooper, RDH, a root cause medicine program for clinicians and patients, and has spoken at RDH Under One Roof in 2023 and 2024 and at an AAOSH workshop in 2020. She is listed on the Peptide University adjunct faculty and clinical advisory team.

Her clinical work centers on preventing heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes and vascular dementia.
Focus
Clinical education built for practitioners in practice.
Faculty
Dr. Gina Pritchard teaches cardiometabolic prevention and peptide therapy at Peptide University, translating arterial-disease prevention into protocols practitioners can run in a general clinic.
Her focus in the Peptide University curriculum is risk stratification and metabolic repair: what to measure, how peptide therapy supports vascular and metabolic outcomes, and how to follow patients over years rather than visits.
Clinicians learn with Dr. Pritchard through Peptide University's live clinical classes and Inner Circle membership, alongside the Clinical Peptide Therapy Certification.
