At Peptide University, we are committed to providing the highest-quality education in peptide therapy and clinical innovation. To support transparency and trust, the following policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and access.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Membership Purchases)

If you are not fully satisfied with your first-time purchase of a membership within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund

—no questions asked.

Foundational Membership (Month-to-Month)

This is a monthly subscription and may be canceled at any time.No refunds are issued after the 30-day guarantee period. Cancellation stops future billing; access ends at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.

Certification & Mastery Memberships (12-Month Payment Plans)

Our Certification and Mastery Levels are structured as 12-month recurring payment plans:

Certification Membership: $199/month ($2,388 total)Mastery Membership: $249/month ($2,988 total)

Cancellation Terms

If no certification or course has been completed (no certificate issued), you may cancel at any time with no further charges and no refund. If any certificate has been issued, you are contractually obligated to complete the full 12-month payment plan. Peptide University reserves the right to collect any outstanding balance due.

Access Policy

Upon cancellation: All access to the Peptide University platform, member portal, courses, community, and replays will be immediately revoked. Certificates and earned credentials remain valid only if the full payment plan is fulfilled.

One-Time Class Purchases

You will receive 30 days of access to the class. These are one-time purchases and non-refundable.

Course & Certification Purchases

You will receive lifetime access to the digital course content you purchased. These purchases are non-refundable and do not include live classes, clinical Q&As, or access to the full Peptide University platform.

Membership Upgrade Option

If you’ve purchased an individual class or course and wish to enjoy access to:

Live masterclasses, Monthly clinical Q&A sessions., the full training library and community support

You may upgrade to a paid membership at any time to unlock the full experience of Peptide University.
